Gabriela Cristei

Lead Windows Engineer at MetalBear and a systems programmer specializing in Windows internals, reverse engineering, and low-level software development. Gabriela has been programming since 2013, building tools that interact deeply with the operating system — debugging utilities, Windows drivers, and sandboxing technology. Her past work spans reverse engineering OS components and third-party software, re-implementing and proxying Windows system APIs from scratch, and working with the latest Windows technologies (UWP/WinUI3, WinRT, app activation). At MetalBear she leads the effort to make mirrord run natively on Windows.
