Uzi works on monday.com's agentic development platform. He also built Uzile, monday.com's on-call agent, which nearly 200 engineers now use to investigate production issues.
How monday.com Scaled Agentic Development
monday.com runs remote coding agents on a platform it built in-house. See how work moves from the board to a pull request, with agents testing against staging with mirrord, handing work off to each other, and pulling engineers into the same environment.
Agents that work like part of the engineering team
Thousands of agents pick up tasks, write code and test their changes against real services in Kubernetes with mirrord. Then they open PRs that have already been fully verified, ready for an engineer to review.
So what would it take to build this for your team?
Join Uzi Abdullayev, Senior Software Engineer | DevEx AI, and Tomer Brook, Senior AI Engineering Manager, from monday.com, with host Eyal Bukchin, CTO at MetalBear, for a live look at the platform and a Q&A.
What you'll take back to your team
- A deep dive into how monday.com's agents go from task to tested PR.
- How agents use mirrord to test their changes in a real cluster before an engineer reviews them.
- Lessons from monday on building an agentic platform: what they built in-house, what broke early, and how to start.
- Answers to your own questions, live in the session.

Meet the speakers
Tomer leads AI engineering at monday.com, where his team builds the platform behind its AI teammates, with more than 2,000 agents in production.
Eyal co-founded MetalBear and leads engineering on mirrord, which connects developers and AI agents to a live Kubernetes cluster without deploying first.
Questions
We already built our own agent platform. Is this for us?
Absolutely. The session shows how mirrord fits inside a platform built by an in-house team, as the layer that gives agents a real cluster to test against.
What if I can't make it live?
Register anyway. We send the recording to everyone who signed up, the day after the session.
Do I need mirrord installed?
No. You'll watch the platform and the demo live. If you want to try the same setup on your own cluster afterwards, talk to us.
Is this only for teams on Kubernetes?
The session focuses on Kubernetes, since that's what monday.com runs on. The lessons on building an agent platform apply to any team. If your services run on Lambda, ECS, Cloud Run or Vercel, you can join the waitlist for mirrord Beyond Kubernetes.
Is it free?
Yes. The session is free, you just need to register beforehand.
“Our agents deploy the microservice through mirrord and run proper backend tests with real data from production.”
Who tests the agent's code? At monday.com, the agent does.
