Waitlist now open

Test your Lambdas, ECS services, Cloud Run apps and Vercel apps against your staging environment, without deploying them.

mirrord lets code on your laptop or in an agent's sandbox run against the real APIs, databases and queues in staging. Developers and AI agents find out in seconds whether a change works, no deploy required.

Know your code works before you deploy it

Real feedback in seconds

Write code and know it works. Run it against real services from your IDE or terminal. No deploys, no outdated mocks.

AI agents that check their own work

With mirrord, AI agents can test their generated code against real services, see the error, fix it and retest, all before anyone reviews the PR.

Open source, used by 20,000+ engineers

The mirrord CLI is open source (MIT) and free to start. Teams at monday.com, SurveyMonkey and CoLab use it to test against real environments instead of copies.

Where does your code run?

We're rolling out support platform by platform. The platform with the most waitlist signups goes live first, and you get early access.

  • Pick the platform you need most
  • We count it toward the rollout order
  • You get early access before it officially ships

Your platform

Stop rebuilding the cloud on your laptop. Use the real thing.

Without mirrord
  • Deploy to find out. Every change waits on a build and a push before you learn anything.
  • Emulators drift. Local stand-ins for managed services never quite behave like the real thing.
  • Mocks pass. Right up until the code meets your real services.
  • Iteration gets expensive. Devs or coding agents rarely get it right first try, and every retry is a full deploy cycle.
With mirrord
  • No deploy in the loop. Whether you're debugging manually or your agent is iterating on its own.
  • Talk to the real thing. Live APIs, databases, queues and config from your cloud environment.
  • Know before you ship. What you test against is what your code will actually meet.
  • Seconds, not deploys. You can try, fail and fix as many times as it takes, without a deploy in between.

Got a question?

What is mirrord?
mirrord is a development platform from MetalBear that runs your code locally while connecting it to your real cloud environment, so you can test changes against real APIs, databases and services without having to deploy code. Developers use it from their IDE or terminal, and AI agents like Claude Code, Cursor and Codex use it to check their own work. The CLI is open source, and 20,000+ engineers already use it with Kubernetes clusters.
I've heard of mirrord for Kubernetes. Is this a different product?
No. It's the same mirrord. Until now it needed your code to run on Kubernetes; now it's coming to workloads that don't, starting with platforms like Vercel, ECS, AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Run.
Which platforms are supported first?
We have planned support for Vercel, ECS, AWS Lambda, and Google Cloud Run but we're rolling it out in batches, and the order comes from this waitlist. The most signed up platform gets support first. If it's not listed, choose "Something else" and tell us what you run.
When will my platform be ready?
We'll email you the day it goes live. The expected launch for the first platform is around October 2026. Want to talk about your setup before then? Book a demo.
We're on Kubernetes. Do we need to wait?
No. mirrord works on Kubernetes today. Start a free trial, no credit card required, or read the docs.
